Mission Statement
We will work together to meet the needs of our customers and
partners by establishing teams of labor and management to
educate our members in the benefits of teamwork and achieving
common goals.
The primary purpose will be to establish a majority market share throughout our jurisdiction.
Through continuing education we will work together as a team to provide a highly skilled and motivated workforce to meet the ever changing electrical and communication needs of our customers.
We will strive to create a Code of Excellence throughout the industry and maintain a Drug Free Workplace Program.
We have agreed to set timelines to complete all of our goals.
Vision Statement
We will be the preferred provider for all electrical needs
in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. We will mutually with
ethics and integrity continue to improve ourselves and our
industry, never allowing ourselves to be satisfied with the
status quo. We will provide the highest quality end product to
our customers.
